Documentation Required Provide a declaration signed by a trusty party declaring that the building HVAC systems do not use CFC based refrigerants. Approach and Methodologies Survey the market for all CFC-free HVAC systems.Such systems are also available in smaller capacities. Install HVAC equipment which does not use CFC based refrigerant. 49 ENERGY EFFICIENCY Minimum Energy Performance Mandatory Requirement 2 Goal Design Submittal Optimise energy efficiency of the building to reduce environmental impacts from excessive energy use.
